Update Personal Information

The VGEA self-service database allows you to log in using the information on your Membership Card to update your personal information.

It’s easy! Look for the Login button at the top of every page to login.

Once logged in, simply go to vgea.org/account and scroll down to update your name, physical mailing address, e-mail addresses, and/or phone numbers.

Change or Forgot User ID

Call the VGEA at 804-355-3120 or toll-free at 877-302-7146 and ask for log in assistance.

Forgot Password

Go to vgea.org/login, scroll down, and type your User ID in the box, and your password will be sent to the email address associated with your account.
