What Is the VGEA?

  • Founded in 1959, the VGEA has a long legacy, over six decades, of advocating for fair compensation, robust benefits, and workplace well-being for its members.

  • The VGEA proudly identifies as the only statewide organization serving the broad range of Commonwealth employees and retirees.

What Does the VGEA Do?
