Next Steps in the Process

1. Survey Analysis: Our team is diligently analyzing the survey results to compile a comprehensive understanding of the collective voice of our members and all state employees and retirees.
2. Board Meeting: The VGEA Board will convene tomorrow, July 30, 2024, to review the findings and strategize on our next steps based on the valuable feedback we have received.
3. Publishing the Results: We’re committed to transparency and will publish the survey results as soon as possible. All participants will receive an email with a detailed report of the findings.
